AVI LAUNCHES ION EVENT SERVICES AT THE SPECIAL EVENT SHOW

Audio Visual Integration (AVI) launches its live event services division; Ion Event Services at The Special Event Show January 16-18. A gathering of 3,700 attendees and over 300 exhibitors at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta were destined for new ideas and new business relationships and Ion Event Services was ready for them with a launch of their own product called the Io-Com Communication Device. The Io-Com is an earpiece device that enhances corporate, entertainment or sporting events by allowing you to communicate your live or recorded message directly to every attendee at a meeting, tented environment, museum exhibition, sporting event, guided tour or tradeshow. You control the ability to inform and entertain your attendees. It’s a lightweight, branded unit and is attached to a lanyard your attendee wears around their neck. Simply slip the unit over the ear and with a turn of the dial your audio programming commences. Furthermore, the technology allows the Io-Com earpiece to receive different or multiple language content. In the same week, Ion Event Services designed and directed a National Sales Meeting in New Orleans for over 700 invited attendees for a major pediatric company. “The Launching of Ion allows us to enter markets in a new way while still servicing our established client base,” said Tony Kohrman, President, Ion Event Services. “There are exciting projects in the works and we are moving in a forward direction.
